At Walking On a Cloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original manufacturer's box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
